以科技创新为突破口加快生物质能发展

摘 要:本文分析了中国生物质能的资源潜力和发展趋势,认为生物质能成本低、理论潜力大、发展前景好,生物燃料等绿色能源飞速发展领跑世界、赶超煤电,提出突破生物质能的瓶颈要攻克资源季节性和工业生产连续性之间存在的矛盾,解决与人争粮的矛盾和排放有危险的问题。政府必须以科技创新为突破口加快生物质能发展:要突出重点支持,引导产业有序发展;加大科技研发投资和规范引导支持,以降低成本;应该给生物能源提供发展的动力,在一定时间内给予政策扶持和资金补助;推进有机垃圾资源化和可再生能源一体化。

Speeding up the biomass energy development
by technology innovation breakthrough

Abstract: Through analyzing the resource potential and development trend of China biomass energy, this paper finds biological
energy has the advantages of low cost, high theoretical potential, good development prospect; biofuel etc, develop more rapidly
in China than in theworld, catching up with and surpassing coal, thus put forward that in order to break through the bottleneck
of biomass energy resources, it is important to conquer the contradiction between resource seasonal and industrial production
continuity, to solve the contradiction between man and biological energy for food and emission problems that are dangerous. The
government must speed up the biomass energy development by technology innovation breakthrough: (1) guide the industry to develop
orderly by supporting key domain and items, (2Increase R&D investment guide, the standard guidance and support efforts to reduce
costs;(3) give policy support and funding in a certain time; (4)Promote organic waste resource and renewable energy integration.
